When we finished the harvest and processing of tomato paste ,each from Sep bottom, we will begin prepare for the chili paste production.
Same with tomatoes, we need harvest the fresh pepper from farmers,then clean, select or drop off the stems,chopped, heated and evaporated until filling.
For chili paste, it is packaged in aseptic bag in iron drums, completely same with tomato paste, and in one 20Feet Container also 80drums, of course the Net Weight is less around 25kg than 36/38 tomato paste.
